Zero Personal Data Collection

We believe your personal information belongs solely to you. Our smartwatch applications and games do not collect, store, transmit, log, or track any personal data, device identifiers, location data, game analytics, high scores, or user-generated content.

Local Storage Only

All data created within these applications and games—including tasks, list items, daily goal records, journal entries, notes, prayer lists, and game save progress—is stored exclusively on your local smartwatch device using isolated local storage (SQLite / Core Data / User Defaults). None of your data is ever uploaded to external servers, cloud storage, or third-party services.

Device Permissions & Voice Recognition

Our utility applications may request optional permissions strictly to enable local functionality:

  • Microphone Permission: Used solely on-demand when you explicitly tap the voice input icon to transcribe text via the device's native Speech Recognizer. Audio recordings are processed on-device by the operating system and are never recorded, saved, or transmitted by Riverbane.

No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising

Our smartwatch applications and games contain no advertising networks, no tracking scripts, no telemetric SDKs, and no analytics frameworks (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics). Your activity inside the applications and games remains completely private and offline.

Data Retention & Deletion

Because all data resides locally on your smartwatch, you retain total control over your information. Clearing app data in your smartwatch system settings or uninstalling the application or game permanently deletes all data associated with it from your device.

Children's Privacy

Our smartwatch applications and games collect no data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. They are safe for users of all ages.
